The house has been renovated, retro-fitted and furnished in preparation of becoming a residential treatment facility. he project was still missing its key component, a drug and alcohol treatment program with a proven track record. REAL House Inc. CEO Shawn Jennings came to the aid. Jennings is also a partner in BFM Holdings LLC, a real estate investment firm. He along with his partner, Wally Choice bought the building and completed the remaining renovations.
